摘要: Initially, development of the zygote is under control oocyte ooplasm. However, it presently unknown if and to what extent ooplasm able interact with a transferred somatic cell from another species in context interspecies nuclear transfer (SCNT). Here, one-cell stage embryos were processed at different points time post activation (2 hpa, 4 8 12 hpa) for detailed nucleolar analysis by TEM, immunofluorescence visualization proteins related transcription (UBF) processing (fibrillarin). Bovine porcine intergeneric SCNT compared their parthenogenetic counterparts assess effects introduced cell. Despite absence morphological remodeling (premature chromatin condensation, envelope breakdown), reconstructed showed precursor body (NPB) morphology similar host ooplasm, which, together detected posttranslational activity into bovine suggests universal function ooplasmic factors. lack distinct UBF localization indicates failures sequence-specific interactions between genus. In conclusion, results demonstrate possible reason why never reached full term
