摘要: Abstract Crystal plasticity model (CPM) for BCC iron to account radiation-induced strain softening is proposed. CPM based on the plastically-driven and thermally-activated removal of dislocation loops. Atomistic simulations are applied parameterize dislocation-defect interactions. Combining experimental microstructures, defect-hardening/absorption rules from atomistic simulations, fitted properties non-irradiated iron, achieves a good agreement with data regarding flow stress increase under neutron irradiation.
