摘要: The subject of this paper is pharmaceutical companies and the risk factors that occur in distribution drugs. will present guidelines for management changes environment channels. To identify, analyse, prioritise risks, we used a systematic literature review Delphi method. Identification assessment important drug channels were conducted based on opinions experts from 10 international operating Southeast Europe. purpose research was to get about impacts drugs, which accomplished through interviews questionnaires conducted. Our study demonstrated total 78 drugs services. results combined separate evaluations all categories easier data analysis. After obtained, arranged show had biggest influence upon determine negative effects they can produce. risks done primarily help representatives gain better insight into distribution.
