摘要: The effects of MnO2 addition on k31 and Qm were investigated for Pb(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3(PZT). increased in a low poling field. This result indicated that Mn-doped PZT possessed properties `soft' `hard' piezoelectrics simultaneously. Electron spin resonance measurement Mn2+, Mn3+ Mn4+ coexisted PZT. tetragonality the lattice Curie temperature decreased with content. From these results, it was found increase due to change crystal structure toward cubic system, Mn2+ ions working as acceptor dopants. characteristic feature Mn is its decreases tetragonality, various valence states coexist proper ratio sintered atmosphere.
