摘要: Abstract The deposition of amyloid-β (Aβ) aggregates in the brain is a hallmark Alzheimer's disease (AD)-affected brain. Various aggregated Aβ species, including oligomers and fibrils, are generated upon aggregation process, these have distinct biological properties. To non-invasively monitor pathways identify existence certain species environments, an effective strategy to detect necessary. Herein, we report turn-on near-infrared (near-IR) fluorescent probe, 1, for aggregates, which consists donor-π-acceptor system with Aβ-interacting moiety. Our shows noticeable increase near-IR fluorescence at ca. 710 nm presence aqueous media. In addition, response 1 was altered depending on degree aggregation. Moreover, indicates living cells nontoxic under condition used live-cell imaging.
