摘要: Abstract Cereals, including wheat, rice, barley, maize, rye, oats and millet, make up the majority of production crop sector, being most important food sources for human consumption. Cereals are commonly colonized by Fusarium species often contaminated with mycotoxins that have a major impact on health, welfare productivity. Among produced species, fumonisins usually present in maize maize-based products, but last ten years natural occurrence wheat different regions been observed.
