摘要: A high protein digestibility/high-lysine mutant P721Q (hdhl) with a multi-folded body morphology has been developed, 22kDa α-kafirin single point mutation having also recently identified. Relatively little is known regarding the resulting cellular response in hdhl endosperm. The aim to elucidate these biochemical changes. Two-dimentional gel electrophoresis showed an apparent increase of non-kafirin and decrease kafirins content Mass spectrometry data yielded identity differentially expressed proteins hdhl, wild-type lines such as cytoskeleton chaperones proteins, others involved amino acids carbohydrates synthesis pathways. Western blot analysis that chaperone were more highly than sorghum confirmed proteomic results. γ-kafirin subunits had decreased, subunit was increased without any molecular mass change. observed differential expression most likely led interactions between γ- particular, which resulted packing differently form body's morphology, while improving its digestibility.
