Lateral and Anterior Instability in Acute Ankle Distortion A Radiologic Investigation

摘要: In a prospective consecutive investigation radiologic tests for lateral and anterior instability in acute ankle distortion were found to be reliable indications of ligament ruptures. Arthrography the joint was used as reference. Absence instability, however, gives little information ligamental status. The size this group constitutes clinical problem. Better results are achieved by combining tests. If only one test is used, should preferred. two bare no relation degree ruptures at operation.
