摘要: Background: Individuals with sleep complaints often exhibit unhealthy lifestyles, including obesity, excessive alcohol use, lack of physical exercise, and cigarette smoking. We sought to explore the relationship between smoking, poor habits, complaints. Several lines evidence suggest a smoking disturbance, effects nicotine withdrawal on sleep, tendency for nonsmokers be more alert in morning, an association snoring, individuals who engage one behavior also others. Method: A total 484 aged 14 84 years completed comprehensive health questionnaire. There were 99 high school students from grades 9 through 12 (45 boys 54 girls, whom 38 [38%] smokers), in-class survey.
