摘要: Background: Healthcare professionals encounter many medical risks while providing healthcare services to individuals and the community. Thus, occupational safety studies are very important in health care organizations. They involve performed establish legal, technical, measures that must be taken prevent employees from sustaining physical or mental damage because of work hazards. Objectives: This study was conducted determine if personnel at community family centers (CHC FHC) has been achieved. Martials Methods: The population this cross-sectional comprised 507 nurses, 199 physicians, 237 other working a total 18 (FHC) (CHC) Trabzon, Turkey. sample consisted 418 156 123 personnel. Sampling method not used, researchers tried reach whole population. Data were gathered with Occupational Safety Scale (OSS) questionnaire regarding demographic characteristics safety. Results: According evaluations all personnel, mean ± SD score OSS 3.57 0.98; OSS’s subscales, screening registry systems 2.76 1.44, diseases problems 3.04 1.3 critical fields control 3.12 1.62. In addition, found more insufficient by nurses (F = 14.18; P < 0.001). Conclusions: All particularly CHCs FHCs as related protective supportive activities.
