Order–disorder transition in nanocrystalline Ni3Al prepared by a chemical route

摘要: Ni 3 Al alloys of nanometer dimensions in the range 10-38 nm could be synthesized by reaction sintering sol-gel-derived Ni/SiO 2 nanocomposite and commercially available micrometer-sized aluminum powder. The was carried out at a temperature 923 K pressure 2.4 MPa. By suitable choice conditions disordered phase stabilized. converted to an ordered one increase heat treatment temperature.
