摘要: Recently developed methods have allowed for the delivery of cancer-causing genetic mutations to particular cell types in epidermis an inducible fashion. These sophisticated explorations on cellular and molecular origins squamous carcinoma due oncogenic Ras. experiments provided insights into whether cancer is initiated by stem or more specified cells under various conditions, highlighted ability hits serve as tumor initiators promoters. Here we provide a summary data from our lab others that demonstrate hair follicle origin, players drive heterogeneity types. A synthesis these studies potentially could unique process which Ras can initiate human patients eventually inform treatment strategies.
