摘要: The purpose of this article is to analyse and evaluate the economical, energetic environmental impacts increasing penetration renewable energies an d electrical vehicles in isolated systems, such as Terceira Island Azores Madeira . Given fact that islands are extremely depen dent on importation fossil fuels - not only for prod uction energy, but also transportation's sector it's int ended how it possible reduce dependency de termine resultant reduction pollutant gas emissions. Different settings have been analysed with wi thout EVs. interesting case study, where EVs charging during off-peak hours could allow increase geothermal power, limited by valley power demand. percentage energy electric mix reach 74% 2030 while at same time, emissions ga ses 45% purchase 44%. In , apart from wind, solar small hydro there so many endogenous resources Island's emission factor cannot be reduced Although, imports 1.8% when compared a BAU scenario 14% LD fleet composed
