摘要: International development assistance has worked to improve the lives of poor in developing countries. Yet, greater and better aid is badly needed lest donors are live up commitments Millennium Development Goals. This article examines ways for refine their within international system. Research exhibits that impact due to: less deployment poorest countries because geopolitical commercial reasons; allocation investments directly address poverty; high volatility which impedes planning recipient countries; conditionality donor goods services over-priced render piecemeal institutional governments; fragmentation competitive objectives hinders a concerted resolve corroborate strategy; limited systematic evaluation sharing outcomes. Provided allocate manage more effectual manner, thereby attribute levered well-being poor, they thus need tackle these malfeasances without hiatus.
