Melanoma-Predisposing CDKN2A Mutations in Association with Breast Cancer: A Case-Study and Review of the Literature

摘要: The authors present the case of a 33-year-old female patient who developed melanoma, ductal adenocarcinoma breast and primary pancreas nearly simultaneously, but independently each other. Past medical history was unremarkable, however, in her family gastric, laryngeal cancer noted on paternal side. occurrence multiple tumours relatively young individual, together with different malignancies, suggested that there might be genetic predisposition to development tumours.
