摘要: The authors present the case of a 33-year-old female patient who developed melanoma, ductal adenocarcinoma breast and primary pancreas nearly simultaneously, but independently each other. Past medical history was unremarkable, however, in her family gastric, laryngeal cancer noted on paternal side. occurrence multiple tumours relatively young individual, together with different malignancies, suggested that there might be genetic predisposition to development tumours. In this chapter we suffering from three independent review current data germ-line mutations detected date CDKN2A gene, view association not only also additional malignant diseases, such as carcinoma cancer.
