摘要: To improve the pervaporation performance in separating an aqueous ethanol solution, polyamide thin-film composite (TFC) membranes (m-tolidine-H-TMC/mPAN) were prepared through interfacial polymerization reaction between trimesoyl chloride (TMC) and 2,2'-dimethylbenzidine hydrochloride (m-tolidine-H) on surface of a modified polyacrylonitrile (mPAN) membrane. The effects feed concentration durability m-tolidine-H-TMC/mPAN TFC investigated. choose optimal mPAN membrane as substrate, effect hydrolysis time chemical properties separation substrate was also studied. An appropriate 15 min chosen to obtain due corresponding high permeation flux. exhibited for dehydration. A positron annihilation lifetime spectroscopy experiment used estimate mean free-volume radius m-tolidine-H-TMC selective layer, which lay radii water molecules. © 2013 Society Chemical Industry
