摘要: Abstract This paper reports the description of FMEA methodology design and implementation in a food company, where, integrated with HACCP system, it is used as tool to assure products quality, mean improve operational performance production cycle. The work was developed an Italian confectionery industry, Elledi SpA, co-operation part internal staff, chosen team members, focused on study wafer biscuit lines.
