摘要: In the present paper, a test of spectral variation hypothesis (SVH) was performed using multispectral high resolution satellite data. The SVH tested by comparing relationship between heterogeneity and species richness in plots different size (100– 10000 m 2 ) complex wetland ecosystem, “Montepulciano Lake”, Central Italy. nature reserve Montepulciano Lake is centered on 100 ha shallow lake surrounded three sides aPhragmitesaustralis andCarex sp. pl. marsh about 280 ha. monitoring program for vegetation started 2002 based analysis 1, 1 (10000 plots, organized such manner that four smaller are nested, following random design, within larger one.
