摘要: Chronic pelvic pain (CPP) is a common condition that affects both men and women. Women suffer from CPP at much higher rate than primarily because of disorders the female reproductive organs; however, many cause affect sexes. Disorders causing in sexes include myofascial pain, neuralgia, gastrointestinal disorders, psychologic problems. Common causes male are chronic prostatitis syndrome. endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, adhesions, congestion, inflammatory disease, vulvar obturator hernia, coccygodynia, uterine ovarian disorders. Most medical literature on males limited focuses prostatitis/chronic syndrome (CP/CPPS). Endometriosis women often considered most gynecologic diagnosis patients with CPP; there wide variation its reported prevalence. Interstitial cystitis emerging as more disorder previously recognized, having been grossly underdiagnosed past. The organs—uterus ovaries. can pain. Pain origin includes anatomic such adenomyosis, leiomyoma, painful symptoms dysmenorrhea dyspareunia.
