摘要: Abstract The frequencies of 12 C 18 O 2 , 13 16 and isotope lasers have been measured to better than 3 MHz (0.0001 cm −1 ) by comparing with a reference laser. Heterodyne techniques were used generate 139 difference in liquid nitrogen cooled HgCdTe photodiode. Microwave frequency counter measurements the then calculate new values for band centers rotational constants rare isotopes. Procedures achieve further improvements are discussed.
