摘要: SUMMARY The Quality of Service (QoS) requirements such as delay and cell loss ratio (CLR) are very stringent for video transmission. These constraints difficult to meet if high network utilization is desired. Dynamic bandwidth allocation in which traffic prediction can play an important role thus needed. In this paper, we suggest predict the variation I frames instead actual size frames, propose algorithm that achieve fast convergence small error, imposing QoS attaining utilization. performance scheme studied using renegotiated constant bit rate (RCBR) service model. overall dynamic based on our convergent shown be promising, practically feasible
