摘要: Objectives: A large number of quality life (QoL) values for patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) are available in the literature. From abundance QoL CHD, only preference-based can be directly applied cost-utility analysis (CUA). In this study we performed a multivariate meta-regression CHD. Our aim was to obtain summarized estimate while accounting study-level covariates and correlation between multiple outcomes both within studies. Methods: Studies were considered eligible if they reported mean values, standard deviations instrument measuring (e.g. EQ-5D, SF-6D). Additionally studies reporting separate SF-36 SF-12 instruments included. The scores mapped onto EQ-5D SF-6D values. Mapped added base-case data set that consisted published Finally, metaregression model used order pooled, instrument-specific Results: systematic search identified 35 43 CHD as well 46 SF-12. Following estimates obtained when conducting on set: 0.77 (EQ-5D UK), 0.79 US), 0.65 (SF-6D), 0.85 (15D), 0.44 (HUI3) 0.63 (QWB). Age studylevel covariate showed an influence estimates. Significant heterogeneity observed conducted expanded set. Conclusions: This represents first meta-analysis Given one hand requirement single, accurate CUA other hand, pooled could highly applicable CUA.
