摘要: Understanding brain diseases can benefit from studying network organization of functional connectivity (FC) during resting state. Here we study the local topological properties FC in minimally-disabled multiple sclerosis (MS) patients by comparison their connectomes against healthy controls (HC). The level detail needed to describe meaningful is an ongoing topic, and here propose evaluate graph-theoretical measures at two levels; i.e., connection/node subnetwork level.
