摘要: In this paper, the influence of calcium addition and melt stirring on structure foaming behavior molten zinc was investigated. regard, foam produced by Alporas method (in which alloy melts titanium hydride is used as a blowing agent). Optical microscopy scanning electron were to investigate phase distribution in foams. Results showed that increased foamability efficiency zinc. contrast, had no significant effect melt. Microstructural examinations indicated improving attributed formation CaZn13 intermetallic ZnO particles structure, viscosity reduced drainage rate.
