摘要: METIS coronagraph is designed to observe the solar corona with an annular field of view from 1.5 2.9 degrees in visible broadband (580-640 nm) and UV HI Lyman-alpha, during Sun close approaching high latitude tilting orbit Solar Orbiter. The big challenge for a stray light rejection. In this paper after description present optical design, rejection design presented detail together off-pointing strategies throughout mission. Data shown derive optimization performed Zemax ray tracing laboratory breadboards occultation system polarimeter.
