Dielectric and electrostrictive properties of (1 – x) Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3−xPb(Mn2/3W1/3)O3 ceramics

摘要: The dielectric and electrostrictive properties of (1 - x) PMN−xPMW (x ⋚ 0.2) using chloride salts were investigated as a function x. When the PMN-PMW powders calcined at 700 °C for 1 h, perovskite phase formed was 92%–97% any given PMW composition 0.2). With increase content up to 0.2, relative density specimens increased slightly, coefficient Q11 0.8 PMN−0.2 specimen about 6 × 10−2 m4/C2. However, constant strain decreased despite improved sinterability.
