摘要: Built infrastructures are increasingly disrupted by climate-related extreme events. Being able to monitor what climate change implies for US is of considerable importance all levels decision-makers. A capacity develop cross-cutting, widely applicable indicators more than a dozen different kinds infrastructure, however, severely limited at present. The development such must be considered an ongoing activity that will require expansion and refinement. number recent consensus reports suggest four priorities portray the impacts change, events, other driving forces on infrastructure. These changes in reliability infrastructure services implications costs; resilience stresses; due interdependencies infrastructures; adaptation infrastructures.
