摘要: A cordierite honeycomb structural body to be used as a catalyst carrier, having excellent heat resistance, thermal shock resistance and coatability with high specific surface area material is disclosed, which have chemical composition consisting mainly of 42-56% by weight SiO 2 , 30-45% Al O 3 12-16% MgO, crystal phase cordierite, coefficients expansion not higher than 0.3×10 -6 /°C. in the flow-passage direction structure 0.5×10 perpendicular within temperature range 40°-800° C. honeycomb-structural body, wherein distribution diameters pores, relative total volume pores diameter 0.5-5 μm less 40% smaller 10 more 30% based on pore body. The has after coating.
