摘要: Burzio and Koide (1970) were the first to provide evidence for a possible connection between DNA synthesis chromatin-associated poly-ADP-ribosylation activity. Since then, numerous investigations have been targeted at role of ADP-ribosylation in cell cycle progression vivo cell-free systems vitro, complex picture has emerged from these studies.
