摘要: The Responsible Research and Innovation framework emerged from the reflection on a socially desirable form of development emerging technologies in Europe United States. In this chapter, I discuss how to further elaborate order effectively engage dialogue with science, technology innovation (STI) policy developing world, particularly Latin America. take task, describe first discussion about uncritical processes STI transfer. Then analyze dominant policies region. Finally, propose topics that think should be included RRI agenda; themes will allow more responsive issues related other geographical contexts. proposed include: (a) expansion its focus beyond technologies, (b) inclusion resistance contentious politics, (c) global perspective production innovations, (d) building theoretical links inclusive frameworks sensitivity towards intercultural dialogue.
