摘要: Purpose An evaluation of mortality due to infectious diseases in Poland 1999–2012 and an analysis standard expected years life lost the above diseases. Methods The study material included a database created on basis 5,219,205 death certificates Polish inhabitants, gathered between 1999 2012 provided by Central Statistical Office. Crude Death Rates (CDR), Standardized (SDR) Standard Expected Years Life Lost (SEYLL) parasitic were also evaluated period as well per living person (SEYLLp) dead (SEYLLd). Time trends with application joinpoint models annual percentage change their values. Results Death report that 38,261 people died 1999–2012, which made up 0.73% total number deaths. SDR caused these decreased, particularly male group: Annual Percentage Change (APC = -1.05; 95% CI:-2.0 -0.2; p<0.05). The most positive observed tuberculosis (A15-A19) -5.40; CI:-6.3 -4.5; p<0.05) meningitis, encephalitis, myelitis encephalomyelitis (G03-G04) -3.42; CI:-4.7 -2.1; negative for intestinal (A00-A09) Average (AAPC 7.3; CI:3.1 11.7; substantially decreased first half period, but then significantly increased second half. Infectious contributed loss around 37,000 more than 28,000 2012. During SEYLLp index from 9.59 7.39 10,000 population SEYLLd 14.26 10.34 2.3; CI:-2,9 -1.7; p<0.05). Conclusions Despite smaller numbers deaths reported causes still represent serious problem compared countries Western Europe.
