摘要: Bacterial lipolysis of triglycerides is followed in a sebum pore phantom by microprobe surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy. The consists purpose-built syringe pump operating at physiological flow rates coupled to 300 mu m i.d. capillary. We employ silicon substrate SERS microprobes (50 X 700 m) monitor the products. support allows some tip flexibility that makes these probes ideal for insertion into small structures. Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes) are immobilized on inner surface These bacteria produce lipase hydrolyzes model emulsion flowing through transformation vitro as changes caused triglyceride free fatty acids. acids adsorb their carboxylates, and they can be readily identified characteristic spectra (carboxylate marker ~ 1390 cm-1).
