摘要: Institutional transplantation always involves a conscious attempt to alter existing institutions and replace or complement them with new (the transplants) borrowed from another country context. In Chapter 2 of this book, we contended that there were two main perspectives on institutions. the first, they are seen as historical result long evolutionary process. second, social construct. Consequently, first perspective tends see institutional dangerous likely natural evolution institutions, while second may overrate promise policy transfer.
