摘要: Resisting cell death is a hallmark of cancer. Disturbances in the execution programs promote carcinogenesis and survival cancer cells under unfavorable conditions, including exposition to anti-cancer therapies. Specific modalities regulated (RCD) have been classified based on different criteria, morphological features, biochemical alterations immunological consequences. Although melanoma are broadly equipped with anti-apoptotic machinery recurrent genetic components RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK signaling markedly contribute pro-survival phenotype melanoma, roles autophagy-dependent death, necroptosis, ferroptosis, pyroptosis, parthanatos recently gained great interest. These cascades involved response resistance therapeutics used clinic, inhibitors BRAFmut MEK1/2, immunotherapy. In addition, relationships between sensitivity non-apoptotic routes specific phenotypes demonstrated, suggesting that plasticity can be exploited modulate these stimuli. this review, current knowledge pathways biology drugs has discussed.
