Oestrogen Receptors, Clinical Features and Prognosis in Stage III Breast Cancer

摘要: Abstract One hundred and twenty-four patients with stage III breast cancer who had oestrogen receptor analyses (ER) performed on primary tumour were studied. For operable disease (T 3a ; N 0.1 , M 0 ), ER-negative (ER fmol / mg cytosol protein) tumours a shorter duration of symptoms, but no other differences observed at presentation. In inoperable 3b,4 or any T, 2,3 ) there in the clinical characteristics that rendered between those ER+ ER− tumours. The median disease-free interval (DFI) uninvolved axillary nodes was significantly longer ( P 27.5 months compared to effect ER status prognosis demonstrated.
