摘要: Lactic acid (LA) is a platform chemical for future bio-based economy. Aminium lactates act as intermediates the production of lactic sequence products like lactide. It could be demonstrated that, after separation proteins from alfalfa press juice, supernatant can used fermentation media aminium lactate, L-lysine-L-lactate.
