Transport Properties of Untwinned YBa2Cu3Oy Single Crystals and the Origin of the 60-K Plateau

摘要: Various transport properties, such as a- and b-axis resistivity (ρa ρb), magnetoconductivity Δσ, Hall coefficient RH, a-axis thermopower Sa, are measured accurately in untwinned YBCO single crystals a wide range of doping (6.35–7.00). The evolution the properties upon changing oxygen content is described number novel 60-K anomalies charge summarized. Also, we present new evidence that weakening superconductivity at carrier concentration 1/8 responsible for “60-K plateau”.
