摘要: The purpose of this study was to clarify whether bone mineral density (BMD) the necrotic lesion in precollapse osteonecrosis femoral head (ONFH) is reduced according Hounsfield unit (HU) values on computed tomography (CT). superior one-third coronal section set as region interest (ROI) for measurement HU values. First, 101 control participants were assessed identify relevant confounding factors. Next, relationship between and BMD dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) verified. Then mean value ROI patients with pre-collapse ONFH compared that propensity score-matched participants. Finally, lateral boundary without subsequent collapse compared. Multivariable analysis showed both age BMI significantly correlated value, which a strong correlation neck DXA (r = 0.92). In 25 propensity-matched participants, no significant difference found (p .54). be higher than < .01). assessment CT useful evaluation head. current did not demonstrate ONFH.
