摘要: This experimental tries to investigate the effect of process parameters like weld current, gas flow and work voltage on Bead Geometry welded joint. The working range experimentation is decided by test experiments. For joining piece TIG welding for AA6063 play an important role. During it found that, increase in current result heat input. increased utilized melt base metal. Similarly as thickness increases rate need be diffusion rate. Increase avoids vaporization molten It also penetration.  results change joint which dominates characteristics. variations affect mechanical properties with great extent.                  This paper made many attempts pieces predict parameter getting maximum weldment, good deposition, best minimum HAZ. planned experiments are conducted machine tests carried out hardness testing, Internal defects through ultrasonic test, geometry Analysis, Impact strength.
