摘要: Many masonry arch bridges are historical constructions still in use within the transportation infrastructure. As their modern functionalities different from those for which they were originally designed, and because of age, some have suffered structural transformations over time. Consequently, there has been a recent continuous increase non-destructive testing to evaluate using methods that will not change characteristics these structures. In Spain, significant number constructed between Roman period early 19th century. The bridge Lugo (NW Spain) was surveyed with GPR analyze its inner structure three points view: historical, archaeological structural. measurements performed 250 500 MHz shielded antennas. Interpretation data included simulation FDTD models based on external geometric measures structure. Results revealed ancient profile bridge, as well many subsoil zones fills. provided unknown construction details, may represent noteworthy information archaeologists civil engineers.
