Data Augmentation Approach in Bayesian Modelling of Presence-only Data

摘要: Abstract Ecologists are interested in prediction of potential distribution species suitable areas, essential for planning conservation and management strategies. Unfortunately, often the only available information such studies is true presence at few locations study area associated environmental covariates over entire area, referred as presence-only data. We propose a Bayesian approach to estimate logistic linear regressions adapted data through introduction random approximation correction factor adjusted model that allows us overcome need know priori prevalence species.
