摘要: Abstract Water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan/copper (CMCS/Cu) composites were first successfully prepared by solution reduction method. The CMCS/Cu presented flower-like architectures, consisting of several intercrossing sheets, and reaction conditions had an important effect on the morphology resulting products. antibacterial activities composite against Staphylococcus aureus ( S. ), Bacillus subtilis B. Escherichia coli E. ) Pseudomonas aeruginosa P. also performed minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), bactericidal (MBC), cup diffusion method optical density (OD 600 ). Results indicated that are selective in their action. They display more effective activity than other three stains, better , . There is no ability tested range, which indicates may be a copper-tolerant bacterium.
