摘要: Nowadays, enabled by current smart grid technology, electricity consumers can play an active role in providing ancillary service (AS) as a type of demand response. Participating AS assist stabilizing the power following frequency regulation signal, or dynamic signal (RegD) this study while receiving economic benefits. Industrial loads are indispensable component demand-side regulating resource due to their intensive consumption. In paper, we use grid-connected solar photovoltaics panels combined with energy storage system (ESS) produce continuous consumption signals order follow RegD signal. The participation real-time provision process is emphasized, which modeled based on variety operation modes accordance Australian Standard. Through particular case study, integration energy, proposed method poses cost-effectiveness industrial plant scheduling and favorable load capability, helping ensure stability electric grid. methodology more economically advantageous compared identical only equipped on-site ESS, requires less switchings machines plants passive energy.
