Saturated nitrogen heterocyclic compounds: I. Catalytic synthesis of?-pyrrolidylalkan-3-ols from primary and secondary furan amines

摘要: Results are given of research on the synthesis ofα-pyrrolidylalkan-3-ols by hydrogenating primary and secondary furan amines under pressure over Raney nickel in aqueous acid solution. Some views about mechanism reaction put forward. It is shown that relative yields theα-pyrrolidylalkan-3-ols corresponding tetrahydrofuran depend both structural peculiarities starting amine, hydrogenation conditions.
