Cytotoxic sesquiterpenes and lignans from Saussurea deltoidea.

摘要: Two new sesquiterpenes deltoiden A (1) and B (2), two lignans deltoignan (9) (10), together with 14 known compounds, including six 3-8 three 11-13, were isolated from the whole plant of Saussurea deltoidea. Compounds 11-17 for first time this plant. Their structures established by spectroscopic analysis, 2D-NMR techniques. Cytotoxicities compounds 1-13 tested against cancer cell lines A549, Hela SMMC-7721. Results showed that 5,6 7 exhibited cytotoxicity SMMC-7721 IC50 values 6.49, 9.53, 1.23 mu g/ml, 5 A549 4.99 5.35 5,6,7,13 1.40, 4.75, 0.93 5.42 respectively.
