摘要: Biomonitoring has been used in many types of investigations, including national programmes and epidemiological studies, to explore the occurrence biomarkers pesticide exposure general population or relevant groups. This review discusses recent studies that measure levels non-invasive human specimens such as urine, breast milk, meconium hair. Specific non-specific metabolites organophosphate pyrethroid insecticides have widely investigated where some suitable present rates detection higher than 80%, which stand for an ongoing chronic traces these chemicals. Hair is a promising emerging matrix, but issues on its suitability biological relevance needs further research. Breast milk was research investigations focused mainly legacy pesticides, provide useful information about time trends.
