摘要: Abstract In the coming decades humanity will be confronted with a number of complex challenges affecting prosperity and livelihood billions people around globe. The root these lies in downright explosion global population over last combined staggering increase urbanization rates leading to an unprecedented level demand for food, water, materials space. Consequently, growing scarcity essential resources are ever increasing threat towards peace stability. This conflict potential is exacerbated by warming associated sea rise, which can once again traced back rapidly energy food world’s economies. this paper we develop comprehensive chain cause effect surrounding developments. Furthermore, discuss how floating infrastructure, through its application renewable generation, production, flood protection even urban expansion, capable decoupling multiple linkages chain, thus presenting itself as promising mid- long-term strategy addressing challenges.
