摘要: The theta-logistic model of density regulation is an especially flexible class models where different forms non-linear can be expressed by only one parameter, θ. Estimating the parameters is, however, challenging. This mainly due to need for information concerning population growth at low densities as well data on fluctuations around carrying capacity K in order estimate strength regulation. Here we 28 populations three species birds that have grown from very small sizes followed a period K. We then use these quasi-stationary distribution size.
