摘要: Addressing the need for light materials in today’s industry, present study aims to analyze effects of sintering parameters on pure Al material manufactured using powder metallurgy technique. 99% and commercially obtained at a dimension 180 µm was subjected pre-heating placed specially designed die. compacted into die an upper punch with 500 MPa pressure later removed from conical process. In order find optimal temperature duration, samples were sintered separately 500oC, 550oC 600oC 45, 60 75 minutes each value. Microstructural analysis, microhardness test density sample process performed determine most durations given temperature, changes caused during these processes observed. Finally, different three temperatures tensile test. The findings all tests analyzed calculate Al.
