摘要: Luminescence decay curves from the 5D0 state of cubic hexachloroelpasolite crystals Cs2NaEuCl6 have been measured over temperature range 12-340 K. The are markedly non-exponential, especially at low temperatures and not well described by standard kinetic treatments. Energy migration in occurs all studied. Below 75 K an exchange mechanism is important for migration, whilst higher a vibronic electric dipole dominates. Emission both regular defect sites. sites similar energy but much shorter lifetime than fast being result accompanying nonradiative process. transfer to defects relaxation occur comparable rates which, together with back-transfer account complex kinetics.
